ID modules are used for referencing technical material such as equipment operation and equipment maintenance. These modules can also be designed for the purpose of workplace training. They are developed through HTML/ PHP design and accessed through the internet or the customer’s intranet. The software utilizes any web browser as a self-starter web page with graphics and go-to buttons. The developments include voice-overs, technical documentation and specific product information, schematics, streaming video and high-end 3 dimensional graphics that encompass a user-friendly interface.

Interactive developments allow the end-user to find information within 1 to 2 clicks. This reduces downtime of machines, which often happens while searching for specific technical documentation, potentially saving your company thousands of dollars over the course of a year. The interactive developments can also be utilized for workplace training as part of a continuous improvement plan. Our customers will be given a username and password to log into their interactive modules. All that is needed is an internet connection. For our customers who do not have an internet connection, we can install directly onto the customer’s server to allow full accessibility for all end-users. This approach will be very seamless to the customer for accessing the interactive modules. If a correction or update needs to be made on our end, we will have full accessibility to the developments to make the necessary changes in a timely manner.
